0 Back Valley Road, Dayton, TN 37321

The Laurel Snow Tract offers a rare opportunity to own approximately 535 acres of contiguous forestland on Walden Ridge in Rhea County, Tennessee. Held in one ownership and offered for the first time, this exceptional property combines privacy, natural beauty, and accessibility in a way seldom found in today's market.

With paved frontage on Back Valley Road and city water and electric available at the road, the tract is immediately accessible and ready for recreational, residential, or long-term investment use. The land rises from approximately 820 feet to 1,400 feet in elevation and features a diverse landscape of managed pine stands, mature hardwoods, wooded hollows, seasonal creeks, and abundant wildlife habitat.

A defining feature of the property is its direct boundary with the 2,259-acre Laurel-Snow State Natural Area, providing a permanent protected buffer and direct access to one of East Tennessee's most scenic outdoor destinations. Waterfalls, overlooks, hiking trails, and the Cumberland Trail system are just beyond the property line, creating an unmatched recreational setting.

Located just minutes from Dayton, approximately 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, and less than two hours from Knoxville, the Laurel Snow Tract offers the seclusion of a private mountain retreat without sacrificing convenience.

Whether envisioned as a recreational getaway, hunting property, timber investment, family legacy tract, or future estate setting, opportunities of this size and quality rarely come to market in Southeast Tennessee.
