Who We Are

This website is operated by the Geoff & Geoff Group, brokered by Real Estate Partners. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, through two forms on this site:

• The contact form: name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the topic you select, and any message you write.
• The land buyer's guide signup: your email address.

We do not collect this information any other way. We don't have a login system, a shopping cart, or any account creation on this site.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Both forms are processed by Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider's built-in form service. When you submit a form, the information is sent to Netlify's servers and then to us; it is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

How We Use It

We use contact form submissions to reply to your question and follow up about the property or service you asked about. We use guide signup emails to send the requested guide and, if you don't opt out, occasional related updates. We do not use your information for anything beyond responding to you and providing what you asked for.

Analytics And Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people find and move through it: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and which links get used. It is set up to measure the site, not to identify you, and we do not use it to build a profile of any individual visitor or to advertise to you afterwards.

GA4 sets cookies in your browser and shares the data it collects with Google. If you would rather not be measured, most browsers let you block cookies for a site, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Nothing on this site requires analytics to work.

Third-Party Services

Beyond Netlify Forms, this site is expected to embed a live MLS (multiple listing service) search tool once the portal is confirmed. That tool is operated by the MLS provider, not by us, and any data it collects while you use it is covered by that provider's own privacy practices, not this policy.

Your Choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, at any time by emailing Geoff@GeoffRamsey.com or TheLandMan@GeoffHurdle.com, or by calling (423) 362-8333.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the site changes, especially around the site's public launch. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
